Peter Debnam said today Labor's Infrastructure Strategy simply highlights the
state's budget crisis and leaves most questions about infrastructure unanswered.
"The sales brochure released today is a long way from transparency and
accountability. It's a massive promise from a panicked Government which has
never delivered," Mr Debnam said.

today the health testing of residents around the Lane Cove Tunnel was a worthwhile
initiative but it needs to run for a worthwhile period.
"The tunnel will not open until late in the year and the testing finishes
shortly after the March State Election," Mr Debnam said.
