I have been opposed to Michael Costas Electricity Privatisation
and despite lacking the numbers in Parliament to stop it, Ive argued
for the Coalition to take a strong stand against the privatisation and
in favour of clean renewable energy. However, in my view, the
conditional acceptance announced late last week by the Coalition
effectively surrenders to Costas Privatisation. |

The title of todays speech originally began as Labors electricity sell-out.

I thought I should at least acknowledge some benefits of privatisation
in general, so it became: The Good, the Bad & the Fraud Labors
Electricity Privatisation.

the real motivation for what could prove to be NSWs most expensive
fire sale.
