NSW Opposition Leader Peter Debnam today noted Federal Labor entering the preschool and early education debate, but expressed dismay at Morris Iemma's refusal to address funding shortages.
"Preschools are a state responsibility and it's disappointing Morris Iemma refuses to match my early education package," Mr Debnam said.
